Hi everyone!

Here’s hoping you all had a lovely Thanksgiving!

During this holiday season, if you are looking for an opportunity to give to a family in the EES community, consider purchasing a gift card (Amazon, book store, department store, etc.) to donate anonymously. This year Ms. Hathaway (EES School Counselor),Tyler Sessions (P.E. Teacher), and Celia DeVoe (School Based Clinician) are working to connect EES families in need of some extra financial support with gifts and gift cards for the holidays. The PTO is reaching out to the EES community to help provide gift cards to our EES families in need. The gift cards can be sent to school in an envelope where they will be collected by the class teachers, and given to Ms. Hathaway. In order to reach families before the December break, please send in gift cards no later than Monday the 17th of December. Thank you EES community for your generosity during this holiday season.

Hi everyone!

A shout out to all of the room parents and volunteers who made Halloween fun and festive last week!

We are passing along this announcement for the folks in charge of this year’s musical:

We are excited to announce that the Edmunds Elementary School Play this year will be Mulan! There will be lots of fantastic parts and we hope to see many of 3rd-5th graders participate as well as 1st & 2nd graders sign up for the play chorus! Rehearsals will start in January and the play will be on March 15th &16th. To help with the cost of the play we are doing a fundraiser with Danforth Pewter’s beautiful ornaments and zipper pulls, all made by hand in Middlebury! Order forms were sent home on Monday of this week. Please return the forms to the front office or to your kid’s teacher by November 12th. Checks should be made to EES PTO Drama. You will receive your products by the end of November.
