Today’s the day we sort the chocolates for students’ distribution! Thank you to all the great folks who signed up to help. We will be meeting right after school in the music room.

Upcoming events:

Scholastic Book Fair November 5-9 –Volunteers needed!

Ms. Neil is seeking volunteers to help out with the cash register, setting up the displays, taking down the displays, keeping the displays orderly and the carts replenished along with aiding in book selection with the students who need this support. If you are able to help with this, please contact Kathy Neil at kneil

Coat Swap began October 22

The Edmunds Elementary annual coat swap is kicked off on October 22nd. There are rolling racks in the front lobby where you can bring clean, used coats, snow pants, and winter-wear like hats, scarves, and gloves. Please bring your coats on the hangers, if possible. All donations are greatly appreciated by the EES community.

Remember, you do not have to donate in order to be the recipient of a cozy, warm coat and accessories!

FOUR WINDS BAKE SALE AT THE I-89 WILLISTON REST AREAS IS COMING UP ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27TH

We need volunteers to take shifts at our tables in the rest area (North & southbound) during the day. This is the only fundraiser for the year to make this important nature- based program happen in our school!

Please contact Jens Hawkins-Hilke (jhilke) to sign up to work a table at the bake sale. We’ll be reaching out to the school community in coming weeks for details on how to drop off donations (baked goods or financial contributions welcome).

Dan’s Chocolates–We’re almost there!!

October 19, 2018

Hi everyone!

The final order forms have been tracked down, the order has been placed, the money is collected. Now all there is left to do is put the orders together for the students, deliver them to their classrooms and let them bring the chocolates to all the nice people who ordered from them!

We will be gathering in the Music room on the first floor on Wednesday, October 24 after school to set up our assembly line. This is a "many hands make light work" situation, and with enough people, we can usually get through the orders in about an hour. Please check out the signup genius link below and let us know if you can help.

Thank you for your help!

Dan’s Chocolates reminder and thank you

October 14, 2018

Thank you to all of the students who handed in their orders on Friday for our Dan’s Chocolate Fundraiser.
If your student forgot to hand in their order form and envelope of money on Friday, please send them in tomorrow. We’d like to get the order place as soon as possible to get everyone their chocolate in time for Halloween.

It is very helpful to our volunteers if you double check the order before sending it in. We also always appreciate if you take the time to enter the order online(see the link below).

If you have any questions, please let Jenny Sullivan know at wonderjennyvt.

Thank you for your support.
